Mr Barash was previously the company's chief information officer and is also a co-founder of the company.
Mr Barash, co-founded CyberDefender in 2003 with CEO Gary Guseinov and during his tenure he has served both as chief product officer and chief information officer. In these capacities he has directed the development and successful market introduction of many of CyberDefender's internet security products and services. Additionally, he has provided strategic leadership critical to the development of the company's technology infrastructure.
To better streamline its corporate structure and to realize additional company efficiencies, the company has eliminated the position of chief revenue officer.

We look forward to his continued contributions in this new leadership role as we continue to execute on our growth strategy.”
