Job Description

 NES UK are recruiting for an Experienced Researcher for our bioscience client based near Oxford UK.
The company specialise in the development and manufacture of glycan characterisation technology to the biopharmaceutical industry.

The role is for an Experienced Researcher in the Chemistry and Development departments. The role is a 2 year Marie Curie funded post which will involve researching and developing technologies that are amenable to high throughput glycan analysis. Previous experience with glycosylation analysis and array format technologies would be an advantage.

The role will involve training (both receiving and conducting) within the Euroglycoarray Programme, presenting data formally at international meetings, and some work experience will be gained in Euroglycoarray collaborators laboratories within the EU.

You should be a conscientious, methodical and self motivated person who is able to work accurately and efficiently. You must have a PhD/DPhil or equivalent qualification in a Biochemical/Chemical discipline and some experience within full time research in a relevant discipline.
