Mercantile Bancorp has completed the sale of Brown County State Bank and Marine Bank & Trust to United Community Bancorp of Chatham, Illinois for approximately $25.8m. The transaction resulted in a pre-tax gain of $4m.

US Airways has signed a new codeshare agreement with Brussels Airlines. The agreement is subject to both US Department of Transportation (DOT) and Belgium government approval.
